|1纸||提要：会计司这个机构名称最早出现在熙宁7年（公元1074）宋神宗下诏批准设置三司会计司，总考天下财赋出入，其职能类似于今天的财政部。清朝内务府下设七个司中也有会计司。初名内官监；顺治十七年（1660）改宣徽院，康熙十六年（1677）改会计司。设郎中二人，员外郎六人，主事，委署主事各一人，以及笔帖式，书吏等员。
