题识：民不饥寒为上瑞，酒余欢适似还乡。振镐仁兄观察大人政之，弟胡浚。||钤印：胡浚之印、戊戌翰林 |说明：胡浚，字笈孙，号芰荪，直隶天津人。光绪二十四年戊戌科进士，授翰林院编修，散馆后改主事，官至大理寺推事。民国间，居天津，以鬻字为生。书法学颜真卿，尤长于榜书。||上款人：杨春浦（清·光绪），字振镐，浙江仁和（今杭州）人。官训导。工文章，通经术。参见《西湖游船名录》。||备注：原装旧裱
