这件扁瓶外形为圆口长颈，颈部贴饰对称的灵芝形耳，扁腹，圈足，底足内书“康熙年制”青花四字楷书款，口部绘莲瓣纹，两侧绘缠枝莲花纹，正面绘狮子绣球纹，狮大眼长髯，四肢粗壮，足踏祥云，虎虎生威，狮子滚绣球本为民间舞狮的动作，这个题材出自南朝名将宗悫令军士执假狮冲锋，大破林邑国军的故事，加之因中国本不产狮，均为国外进贡，故为稀罕的瑞兽，民间受此启发，演变出舞狮的习俗，此图即由此来，其青花发色较为深沉，胎体微有变形，制作精巧，极富收藏价值。
