潘主兰(1909-2001)： 福建福州人。历任福州书法篆刻研究会副会长，福州画院副院长，福建省书法家协会副主席、顾问，福州市书法家协会顾问。当代著名的书法篆刻家，被中国书法家协会称为"占主导地位老书法家、代表着今日中国书法的最高水平、不愧为我国的书法大家"。2001年获中国文联与中国书协共同主办的国家级书法专业学术奖---"第一届中国书法兰亭终身成就奖"。
