钤印：蜕公（白）、闇叟六十岁后所作（朱）、虞山第一书家（白）||款识：静波先生来句属书，羲元五三五六年大寒节萧退闇。 |释文：玉杯湛露歌三雅，绣幕围香话六朝。||注：上款人“静波”系严家淦（1905-1993），字静波，号兰芬，江苏吴县人，台湾地区前领导人。1966年被任命为台湾地区副领导人兼“行政院院长”，后蒋介石去世，接替其完成领导人任期。
