款识：君于印学，才艺贯通。周秦考古，竹木并工。名贤为师，益友相从。自今以始，南北一宗。瘦梅先生法家雅属，庚午夏日，丁辅之集商卜文字。||钤印：丁辅之、泉唐人 |说明：上款人张志鱼（1893-1961），字瘦梅，号通玄，北京人，近代北京刻竹第一高手。独创沙地留青皮雕法，曾设“寄斯庵美术社”于北平劝业场三楼鬻刻。
