款识：乔松磊磊多奇节，冬无霜雪夏无热。根头更有千岁苓，知谁可语长生诀。己酉四月，写奉汝德先生法家教正。云生孙家瑞修竹池上。||钤印：孙家瑞、云生 |说明：上款人羊汝德（1926-2010），曾任纽约《华美日报》主笔，《国语日报》总编辑，兼任台湾新闻编辑人协会秘书长。1987年当选台北市报业公会理事长，为张大千好友，摩耶精舍“四大护法”之一。
