款识：“大明嘉靖年制”六字单行楷书款 |说明：捧盒是专用于盛放物品的盒器，因用时需双手捧起，故名。此捧盒器型硕大，形制端庄饱满，上下子母口相合，下承圈足，盒内及底髤黑漆，年代既久，漆色斑驳。器表通体黄彩“卍”字锦纹为地，划刻纹饰，并填以红、黑、黄三彩，盖面回纹围成的圆形开光内，雕海水江崖云龙纹，双龙硕长矫健，张牙舞爪，双龙之间火珠飞旋，霓彩朵云满布其间。唇边饰缠枝宝相花回纹各一周，盒壁上下对饰六组海棠形开光内雕填云龙纹，开光之间饰佛教八宝纹饰。底心暗刻“大明嘉靖年制”竖行楷书款识。
