|说明：砚以坑仔岩端石为料随形而作，砚石色紫，有绿色石斑，砚周边云雾围绕，云深处作砚池，右边龙首头发冲天，从云雾中露出，左侧露出龙之后腿和背脊，磨光细嫩，手感舒畅，背面四行篆书“羚羊峡产羊肝，中有翡翠浮动，鼠须饱吸麝馥，何处笼鹅经”左边两行行书“戊午清和月”“五峰大兄嘱 天球”下边篆书双联章“公瑕”二字，（注五峰姓文，公瑕姓周）配红木全盒，做工精致。||周天球（1514-1595），字公瑕，号幼海，一作幻海，又号六止生、群玉山人、群玉山樵，江苏苏州人。博学多识，以诗文、书画名世。少年时于文征明门下学习书法。善大小篆、古隶、行楷，晚年自辟蹊径，一时丰碑大碣无不出其手，善写兰，间作水墨花卉。
