An Art Nouveau 9ct gold turquoise and freshwater pearl brooch. The openwork panel and similarly-designed surmount, set with turquoise cabochon and split pearl highlights, suspending a freshwater baroque pearl, to the integral curb-link spacer chain. Length 6cms. Weight 2.5gms. Pearl untested. Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.Brooch with localized scratches and small blemishes.All stones in good condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.Freshwater pearl is a creamy white colour, with rose and greenish overtones.
