杨仁恺 号遗民，笔名易木，斋名沐雨楼，四川岳池人。享誉海内外的博物馆学家，书画鉴赏大师、书画大家、美术史家。曾任中国古代书画七人鉴定小组成员、中国博物馆协会名誉理事、辽宁省博物馆名誉馆长、文史研究馆名誉馆长、鲁迅美术学院名誉教授、人民大学国学院教授、中央美术学院研究生导师、辽宁省书法家协会名誉主席、美术家协会名誉主席等职。因其杰出贡献，授予了“人民鉴赏家”荣誉称号，被誉为“国眼”。是新中国文博事业的拓荒者，对中国历史文化遗产的考鉴、拯救及中国文化世界的传播作出的卓越贡献，海内外影响深远。
