Description

李 山 山东无棣，生于青岛。1953年入学浙江美术学院1958年毕业分配至新疆工作，在新疆画报社作编辑工作并从事创作。1961年为北京人民大会堂作《天山月初升》、《七月阿尔泰》。1962年调江苏省国画院任画师，作《我跟爸爸进天山》刻画牧区少年之梦想。1965年入中国美术家协会。1981年赴美办画展并讲学，定居纽约。
