|瓶附双耳，釉质醇厚莹润，开片自然，胎骨敦厚坚致，古韵悠然。形制因似造纸打浆所用槌具，亦称纸槌瓶，为宋代常见的瓶形，而于瓶颈两侧附贴双耳，则为南宋龙泉窑所特有，见凤耳及鱼耳两种。类似参见《南宋の青磁》图版17-25号。注：盒签印“山中商会古艺术品调研社大阪站”标识。“国立历史博物馆第一展览厅 69 2010”
