|瓶唇口，细颈，丰肩，腹下渐收，圈足。通体施浅蓝色珐琅釉为地，饰以宝相花纹为主题纹饰。颈部饰各色缠枝菊花，肩部饰须弥纹一周，腹部满饰红、黄、蓝、绿各色缠枝莲纹。近足处饰蕉叶纹。底足鎏金。此器造型端庄，掐丝流畅，做工精致细腻，釉色肥厚透亮。底部落“大明景泰年制”款，乃典型明中晚期宫廷高级陈设之物，传世之物并不多见，故弥足珍贵。
