After serving his duty during World War II, Ruser and his wife, Pauline, opened their own jewellery store on the famous Rodeo Drive Beverly Hills in 1947. Their jewellery quickly became sought-after by many Hollywood stars for his wonderfully designed pieces featuring pavé-set diamonds and gemstones. He developed a style which is still treasured today by vintage and retro jewellery collectors.
