康熙时期生产了一大批瓷质笔筒，以《圣主得贤臣颂》、《赤壁赋》、《出师表》等长篇诗词歌赋为题材，大多数都不落款，因此落作者款识的作品就尤为珍贵。笔筒圆口，直壁，玉璧底，口足相若，胎釉结合紧密，形制周正。内壁施白釉，微微泛青；白釉为底，以青花在外壁通体书北宋文学家苏轼的名篇《后赤壁赋》，文末题“右录苏东坡先生后赤壁赋”，款下钤篆书“玉泉”方印。笔筒制作规整，字体工整清秀，青花发色典雅，为康熙朝精品雅玩之物。
