A spelter figural mantel clock, second half 19th century, the eight day French bell striking movement with outside count wheel, stamped ‘A.1’ and serial numbered ‘18133’ to back plate, with enamel Roman numerals to the 3 ½ inch dial behind a bevel glazed bezel, the bronzed spelter case in the form of a maiden draped with coinage and with ribbon inscribed ‘TIME IS MONEY’ to the socle, 62cm high overall
