|这件铜鎏金无量寿佛像头戴宝冠，上嵌以绿松石，细眉长目，额有白毫，身披缨络，双手结禅定印，上有宝瓶，内插长寿草，结跏趺坐于莲台之上，莲座呈束腰形，莲瓣饱满，此造像法相庄严，形象鲜明，是一件较为成功的佛教艺术作品。无量寿佛即阿弥陀，意译为无量寿、无量光，故阿弥陀佛亦称为无量寿佛、无量光佛。惟密教则以阿弥陀佛之应化身为无量光佛，其报身为无量寿佛。是藏传佛教中极为重要的主尊。有为供养人增福添寿，带来无限资粮的功德，故广有供奉。
