|提要 地毯以羊毛织成，长方形，面以七色羊毛织以“双龙闹海”图，一龙穿梭于云海之间，身形腾挪，见首不见尾，一龙隐匿于海水波涛之中，盘绕于海牙之间，与云龙作呼应之势。造型雄壮矫健，威不可当。四周同以七色羊毛精织层层江牙，色泽绚烂，将双龙聚于一个画面之中，极富有装饰感。龙为我国皇家专用纹饰，具有极高的社会地位和象征意义，一般人不得僭越使用。此件双龙闹海地毯纹饰布局绮丽，编织精整，设色雅丽，其品相完整，或为清宫园囿内室专用之物。
