题识∶（一）此壶临淄出之初，为廉生所得，考其柄间文字，乃列国旧物也。因入土久矣，况斑斓遍体，文字不可识，亦无可译者，光绪三十年夏月，予与润生游秦淮河上，有商贾出此，卖价甚高，久谈不成，出五百钱拓三纸以偿夙愿，惜仓促间无良纸为精拓以用，奈何奈何耶。书此时正自客花舟之下。刘鹗。（二）东州名器纷著录，传家致宝自携将。名士品评诗合壁，题写壶中日月长。光绪三十年，润生陆宗与。（三）壶得自刘君铁云，为王懿荣旧物，余昔闻铁云先生此拓得来不易，曾欲购不成，出五百钱方拓三本，嗜古之情怀可知矣，余今获此拓本，藏于两百书经楼，使后辈永宝。宋伯鲁。||钤印∶刘鹗、铁云、润生、陆氏、伯鲁私印、宋氏芝田
