题识：|1、（文略）比丘释慧造像，四月初四日临。（文略）梁魏赵双哲造像，同日又临。|2、（文略）魏王神秀造像，仲嘉临，四月廿八日。|3、（文略）魏邢安国造像，四月廿九日临。|4、（文略）魏安定王造像，四月十三日临。||钤印：延奂印信（2）、仲嘉、张延奂字公美号中嘉、字中嘉 |说明：张延奂，字君美，号仲甲、仲嘉，晚年命书房为宝度斋，自号度翁。安徽桐城人。父张祖翼。以楷法端秀，考取吏部誊录。一生致力于书法艺术，篆、隶、楷均有可观。未弱冠，所临汉、魏、唐碑己不下八百种。刻印私淑赵之谦，能得其用笔之妙。著有《蜗庐印谱》。参见《中国近现代书法家辞典》。
