|和阗白玉质地，局部受黄褐色沁。内外边缘呈斜坡状轮廓，璧面减地浮雕排列有致的谷纹。谷纹最早出现在春秋时期的玉器中，到战国时期发展为逗号字样，如同圈着尾巴的蝌蚪，因此又称蝌蚪纹。谷纹是谷物发芽叶的样子，是汉族农耕文明发展的产物，它和人类赖以生存的粮食有关，象征着万物苏醒，生机勃勃的景象和人们对农业丰收的盼望。
