|带原木盒。麻子坑，端砚的三大名坑之一，开采于乾隆年间，晚清民国基本停止开采，石材名贵。麻子坑石具有质地坚实、幼嫩、细腻，发墨细腻的特点，花色有鱼脑冻、青花、蕉叶白、火捺等。本拍品石材细润，属于水麻麻籽坑，石材优良，裁成四方形制，厚度适宜，难得佳石。打磨平整，制作规矩，纹饰简练，用云蝠纹围饰，巧妙分割出砚池及砚堂。此方砚台观赏性极佳，紫红如晚霞，火捺、蕉叶白、石眼纹理清晰，一石眼巧雕成金蟾，构思巧妙，雕工精湛，云纹流畅自如，宛如流水，文气高雅。
