说明：盘葵口，折沿，直腹，浅圈足，细窄规整。内外施牙白色釉，色莹而质润。此器纹饰线条流畅挥洒，表现出定窑刻划花的成熟技术。宋代定窑器以刻划萱草纹较多，其次为荷塘游鱼纹。如此器的双鱼纹往往辅以篦划水波纹，清宫旧藏一件刻划双鱼纹大盘，鱼身划线作鳞，塘中水藻飘浮，均与本盘的纹饰相若，载于1996年香港出版故宫博物院藏文物珍品全集《两宋瓷器•上》，图版56号。
