|一批附会议入场缎带胸章一枚及列宁头像刺绣画一幅||1949年使用||李维汉（1896-1984），又名罗迈，湖南长沙县人。1916年考入湖南省立第一师范学校，与毛泽东、蔡和森等校友结识，并一起创建了新民学会。1919年赴法国留学，后参与中国共产党欧洲支部的筹建工作，成为中国共产党最早的党员之一。八七会议后，李维汉一度进入中共中央政治局常委，成为主要领导人之一。中国解放后任中共统战部部长。
