铭文：孔子观于周太庙，有欹器焉，孔子问守庙者曰：此为何器？对曰：盖为右座之器。孔子曰：吾闻右座之器，满则覆，虚则欹，中则正，有之乎？对曰：然。孔子使子路取水而试之，满则覆，中则正，虚则欹。孔子喟然叹曰：呜呼，恶有满而不覆者哉。子路曰：敢问持满有道乎？孔子曰：髙而能下，满而能虚，富而能俭，贵而能卑，智而能愚，勇而能怯，辨而能讷，博而能浅，明而能闇，是谓之损而不极，能行此道，惟至德者及之。易曰：不损而益之，故损自损，而终故益。乾隆御题。|印文：干 隆 |备注：此砚仿青铜器，通体描漆。|参阅：西泠2010年秋季艺术品拍卖会“乾隆御铭仿宋欹器端砚”以1,568,000元成交。
