钤印：杨守敬印 星吾五十以后作|题识：光绪庚子（1900年）二月 杨守敬|鉴藏印：三羊斋藏金石书画 曾藏荆门王氏处 蒙泉书屋收藏金石书画之章 |（原装旧裱）||说明：山东省文物总店旧藏||杨守敬 湖北宜都人。字惺吾，别署邻苏。同治元年 （1862年）举人。著名地理学家、藏书家、书法艺术家、金石书画家。同治元年 （1862年）中举，同治四年 （1865年）考取景山宫学教习，1874年考取国史馆誊录。1880年至1884年任驻日钦使随员，归国後先後任黄冈教谕、两湖书院教习、勤成 （後更为存古）学堂总教长。1909年被举为礼部顾问官，次年兼聘为湖北通志局纂修。
