钤印：杨千里|题识：少皋先生属 天骥 |杨千里 江苏吴县人。名天骥。粹卿子。清光绪六年生（1880）。光绪二十八壬寅优贡。家学渊源，精习楷法，迨长，于秦篆汉隶、章草、魏晋诸家，无不窥其堂奥。晚年益精进，挥洒自如，神完气足，于秀丽中饶有金石气。所作诗词，清新飘逸，别饶意趣。兼工治印。历任龙门师范学堂、中国公学、及复旦公学教员、暨行政院交通部秘书、教育部视学、监察院秘书、无锡、吴江等县县长。
