钤印：息侯金梁|题识：荫公仁兄属 息侯金梁 |金梁 杭县（今杭州）人号息侯，又号小肃，晚号瓜圃老人，寄居北京。满洲正白旗瓜尔佳氏。历任京师大学堂提调、内城警厅知事、民政部参议、奉天旗务处总办、奉天新民府知府、奉天清丈局副局长、奉天政务厅厅长、蒙古副都统等。 民国成立后，任清史馆校对。后经张作霖保荐，任北洋政府农商部次长。解放后迁居北京，在国家文物部门任顾问等职。著述甚丰。著《四朝佚闻》、《清帝后外传外纪》、《黑龙江通志》、《奉天通志》、《瓜圃丛刊叙录》、《增辑辛亥殉难记》、《近世人物志》、《满洲秘档》等。
