钤印：笃 初|题识：丹凤舒翎新日驿 赪鱼散尾断寄辟 风流惜向谁家子 不是德纪是绛仙 戊辰（1928年）春月 陶浩仁兄雅正 弟还爽写于拙庐 |陈笃初 闽县（今福州）人。字福敷，别署福初、还爽。清光绪（1875-1908）秀才。善花鸟，肆力不倦。母以其体弱戒不许为，遂变而画竹石，笔墨清雅，盖出于梦湘门下。尤喜写朱竹。
