Description

旧装裱。四川丹棱人，生于清咸丰九年。字春谷，号丹棱山樵、丹山谷隐、伴鹤山樵、丹山鹤叟等，辛亥革命后，1915年12月袁世凯称帝，彭旸以画名应邀赴京，充当宫廷画师，绘制“洪宪瓷”。后袁世凯病死，彭旸转而寓居天津，成为京津画派著名画家。
