|（吴县）||清光绪五年（1879）山西浚文书局刻本||2册 线装||提要：此书经诸多前贤通篇批校，书首有“昌邑于恩波读本”朱笔题记，据其字体可知书中淡墨批者应为于恩波所批。于恩波，字沐尘，山东昌邑人，1905年加入同盟会，1912年北京政府成立国会被选为第一届国会议员，1924年被任命为山东省教育厅厅长，捐助育秀小学并创办了昌邑第一所中学育秀中学，后转任山东省政府委员兼农矿厅厅长，1941年病逝，此书或为其病重时自学医术批本。此书为吴门外科全生派的创世人王维德撰，荟集祖传效方及其四十余年亲治验方所成。
