A Continental Art Deco ruby and diamond set bird cocktail brooch and ear clips

the brooch of raised form of a bird in flight, the wings and long tail feathers set with graduated rows of diamonds, the tail and chest set with square cut rubies and the eye set with a tiny yellow fancy diamond, yellow metal mount tests for gold, together with a similar pair of Art Deco ear clips of scroll form set with baguette cut rubies and diamonds, ear clips stamped .750 and JH? in a shield to reverse (2)

bird approx. size 7.4 x 5.3 cm., weight approx. 21.67 gm., ear clips 28 x 18 mm., approx. weight 12.85 gm.

Condition: The brooch has had historical repair at some time which is visible to reverse using 10x, the brooch is in overall good condition although is tarnished, the ear clips condition overall good
