Franz Xaver Bergman (Austrian, 1861 - 1936)

a cold painted bronze Thrush, modelled realistically with textured feathers, bears stamp to base with number 459, together with a cold painted bronze parrot, unmarked, (2).

height: thrush - 8cm; parrot - 15.5cm approx.

Condition: Fair to good, with wear to each, the legs of the thrush have been bent slightly, therefore height is slightly smaller than if the legs were straight, wear to paint work.
