|何海霞 名瀛，字海霞，以字行，北京人。早年从师张大千学画，1946年随张氏入川写生。1956年调入陕西美协从事专业创作，为“长安画派”代表画家之一。1983年任陕西省国画院副院长，不久调北京中国画研究院。擅长山水，亦能花卉。其创作往往将青绿工笔与水墨笔意融为一体，立意新奇，笔力雄健，风格浑厚而不失秀丽。代表作有《西岳峥嵘何壮哉》、《陕北清秋》、《看山还看祖国山》等。
