|周觉钧 湖南省宁乡县人。中国美术家协会会员，原华东美术家协会常务理事，国家一级美术师。1946年进入国立艺专，1951年毕业于中央美术学院华东分院。历任安徽省美术工作室创作组长、安徽省艺术研究所画师。1953年任安徽省美术工作室创作组长，1954年任华东美术家协会常务理事，1980年任第二届全国青年美展评奖委员会委员。1983年作品《树市》参加民盟全国美展，为《人民日报》发表。1991年、1996年两次应邀前往日本举办画展并讲学。
