说明：附信封。●黄葆戉（1860-1969），字蔼农，号邻谷，小名破钵，别号青山农，长乐县青山村人。青年就读于全闽师范学堂，后入上海法政学堂。毕业后，醉心书法、碑帖、篆刻、绘画等艺术，云游名山大川。民国成立后，回到福州，历任福建省图书馆馆长、福建甲种商业学校教员、监学等职。后任馆美术部主任达20多年；并参与“神州国光社”工作。葆戉精于鉴定，所出版的书画艺术价值甚高。
