The square domed wooden lid decorated with open-work carving of symmetrical scrolling tendril motif, radiating toward the Lingzhi jade finial. The bronze exterior decorated with reliefs of leiwen and archaic serpent motifs, simulating taotie masks. Exquisitely displayed upon carved hardwood stand in conforming motif.
