款识：寿阳寯藻书。钤印：祁寯藻印（白文）作者简介：祁寯藻（1793-1866），山西寿阳县平舒村人。字颖叔、淳浦，避讳改实甫，号春圃、观斋、息翁，户部郎中祁韵士之子。嘉庆进士。历官至军机大臣，左都御史，兵、户、工、礼诸部尚书，体仁阁大学士、太子太保。道光十九年赴福建筹办海防，查禁鸦片。咸丰帝即位，更得重用。后自请辞官。咸丰、同治之际，密陈厘捐病民，力请罢止。论时政六事。同治元年，供职弘德殿，教同治帝读书。谥号文端。
