A Italian silver coloured baluster kettle on stand by Argenteria Milanese (Aldo Mazzocchi), 1944-68 .800 standard, with an ebonised swing handle, a fruit and foliage finial to the domed side hinged cover, a grotesque mask to the base of the spout, a rocaille work neck, embossed overall with scroll foliage on a matted ground divided by four acanthus fronds, the base lobed, on a domed base, the circular stand with a burner, an ebonised handle and on four C-scroll feet, approx. 40cm (16in) high, 2254g (72.45 oz) gross (without ebonised portion of the swing handle)
