18th century, Continental. The figure with outstretched left arm, now absent; right arm posed next to torso, also absent. Posed on a rocky terrain, mounted on a simple platform. Arms of male figure as noted, figure retains traces of old original paint, otherwise with undisturbed surface and dry and crusty patina. Offered with a Lucite display case, one panel damaged. 14" tall. Provenance: From a Private collection, many which were decommissioned from The Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn, New York in the mid 20th century. Condition: Dimensions: 14" T.
