A Chinese blue and white porcelain tripod incense burner dating from the Republic period. The censer has a lid and a wooden stand. The lid has a guardian lion finial and 2 cutout lucky coins with a landscape. The wooden stand is in the form of 3 stacked ruyi wands. The censer has a 6-character mark on the bottom. The sides of the censer are decorated with a landscape scene and the handles have floral patterns. The tripod legs have guardian lion heads with paws. Dimensions are: 4 1/2 inches tall X 4 3/4 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: One handle has been broken off and repaired. Provenance: From a Honolulu, Hawaii estate.
