A Chinese 6-leaf bamboo table screen. The 2 end leaves are carved with 5 characters of calligraphy, while the interior 4 leaves are carved with trees in a landscape with an inscription and 1 seal. There are carvings of flowers on the reverse of 3 of the leaves. Dimensions are: 11 3/4 inches tall X 24 inches wide. All measurements are approximate. Condition: A few splits and 1 possible area of repair in the back, with a few splits and small cracks in the front as well. Provenance: From an Irvine, California collector.
