A Chinese huangyangmu or boxwood carving of Tieguai Li dating from the 19th century. The old man holds a bat in his left hand and a lotus leaf in his right, has a hulu vessel at his waist, and wears a cord sandal. Dimensions are: 7 1/2 inches tall X 3 1/4 inches wide.
