尺寸：31.1×14.8cm
此拓上钤“廷济”、“雪瓯草堂”、“铭清收藏金石书画印”朱墨印三方，原为清代张廷济旧藏，钟藏邓尉玄墓山圣恩寺，古色斑爛，铭文为籀篆，释文曰“隹王正月初，吉辰在乙亥，邾公牼葬，乃吉金玄鏐。昔吕自作和钟曰余畏龚威忌，鬻辞和钟，以乐其且，以安大夫，以喜者士，至于万年，分器是寺”。潘祖荫谓“大江以南，无专鼎在焦山，王子吴鼎在虎丘已失，与此鼎峙而三矣”。归安吴氏《两罍轩》载邾公牼旧藏曹秋舫怀米山房，后由吴氏归浭阳托活洛忠敏公端方，阮氏积古斋所载周公望钟，邾字误释。周望字即牼字，反文而误，其文亦与此同。据此则邾公牼钟有三焉。保存较好。
