|册页1册35开|明末清初拓本|提要：此碑立于唐建中元年（780），颜真卿为其父亲颜惟贞镌立，记载家族世系情况，笔力雄健、结体庄密，是“颜体”的典型之作，也是颜真卿传世碑刻中最后的巨作。|此本二行“光禄大夫”之“大”字捺笔上未泐，三行“孔悝有夷鼎之铭”之“有”字“月”部完好无损，而二十二行“工籀篆草隶书”之“书”字完好，可证次应拓于明末清初。
