题记：汉十六字砖砖文：海内皆臣，岁登成孰，道毋饥人，践此万岁。 |镜心1幅|当代拓本|汉十六字砖版式传世较多，以山西洪洞县境内出土最多，西安秦砖汉瓦博物馆藏二十余版别，当为全国之最。其文意颂大汉基业四夷尽服，五谷丰登，百业兴旺，道无饥人，践此宏愿，铸万世伟业。其书小篆，由秦篆之窄长变汉篆之方正，用笔流畅，结体宽博，玉筋铁线，美感十足，为汉篆典范之作。有学者以此文为大汉之国训也，似今之核心价值观，确有相似之处。
