|备注：“领巾砚”魏忍槎铭||说明：领巾砚。不因人热室藏。砚长方形，砚面光素无纹，砚色微紫，手感细腻柔润，砚上白色花岗岩夹层，平行延伸，形似一条玉带，如人配领巾，故名领巾砚。砚规整方正，厚重大气。自古以来，中国人以紫色为吉祥之色，有“紫气东来，升官进爵，玉带横腰，如意吉祥”的美好喻意。据史料记载，早在封建王朝时期，当地富豪就把紫袍玉带端石作为贡品敬献皇帝。北京“颐和园”三个大字的匾书，据说就是印江县举人严寅亮，用“紫袍玉带”石砚磨墨书成。带红木嵌玉天地盖。
