提要：此书为民国刻本，但流传稀少，颇为难得。且通篇朱、墨、蓝三色批校，极为精彩。据批校内容来看，所批底本包括元本等多个本子。末尾题跋：“卢冀野杂糅各本而所见未可云广，去取间失恰当，又有不辨俗字者，有不审手民之误者，有逞臆见奋笔篡乱者。以瞿安高弟竟不堪至此，亦咄咄怪斋！乙亥十一月廿日校后记。”由题跋可知，此本为卢冀野杂糅各本所刻，但是取舍间失恰当、错谬不少。故有批校者通篇大量满批和校改。最后批评说卢冀野作为吴梅的得意门生，竟不堪至此，真是很难理解！由此可见，敢于直言不讳批评卢冀野，且能花如此功夫做满篇批校者，肯定不是一般人，惜未落款。有待方家深入考证、拔云见日。
