题识：（文略）渡边先生嘱，中华唐锡畴。||钤印：唐锡畴印 |说明：唐用九，原名锡畴，云南玉溪人，日本法取学毕，历任国联军令部参谋处书记、秘书处秘书、驻贵州代表，省财政厅设计委员，盐津县税局局长，玉溪县参义会议长、云南省临时参议会参议员。曾在昆明发起成立“地方自治促进会”，创办《新云南周刊》。1927年加人中国共党，一度失去联系，1948重新加入，解放后。历任滇中专员公署专员，玉溪专员公署副员、省政协委员、文史资料员会副主任，1954年任云南省文史研究馆馆长。||备注：原装旧裱
